Explore the Yoga of your life and come for the Yoga journey with Munay-Ki  or invite me to teach at your Center.
Yoga means 'unity': the unity of body, mind & soul. It acknowledges that for your overall health and well-being your body, your mind and your soul have to be healthy and well - playing together as a perfect team.
Yoga also means the unity between yourself and the universal consciousness. It means to remember that although most of us feel separate from the 'rest' of the world, ultimately and energetically we are connected, united and you can find tremendous joy and peace in that knowledge.
Many discover Yoga as way to exercise their bodies. And Yoga is a beautiful way to do just that. But additionally, body postures (asanas) can be a great gateway to enter the entire world of Yoga, a way to focus your mind and to find your inner stillness and center, a way to live your whole life, a spiritual path.

Practicing Yoga asks for a certain amount of regularity and discipline to be able to enjoy all the benefits it can bring you.
Exactly what amount of discipline is required though can be found out individually. We are all different, all our bodies and minds are different and what works for one does not necessarily work for another.
Yoga can be a way to reconnect to our inner wisdom, our inner voice in a joyful manner. It is a beautiful way to get to know yourself better: your body, your mind and your soul. It is a way to then act upon what you found works best for you.
Truly and honestly exploring yourself enables you to find your Yoga of life.
As a teacher I am honoured for every single student that I can help along that way.
I strive to make Yoga a joyful practice.
